The Team Care Education Initiative was developed to provide interdisciplinary education to LTC facilities.  This initiative enhances and enriches education by bringing nurses, nursing assistants, primary care providers, advanced practitioners and pharmacists closer together and by presenting a consistent, inclusive message about key therapeutic areas to all staff.
